Moore's Stone Crab Restaurant

Moore's sells more of the seasonal stone crab claws than anyone else in the area, thanks to eight boats it works with that unload catches right there at the restaurant, after which the claws are prepared immediately and served inside or shipped across the country.
Moore's regular fish offerings include grouper flounder and salmon. Red snapper was the fresh fish of the day, which I had broiled. Like the shrimp it was fresh and cooked right, but again needed more seasoning. Moore's usually carries crab cakes and soft shell crabs.
